Studio Coordinator - Creative Agency

My client, an exciting creative experiential agency based in the heart of Central London, is looking for a top class Studio Coordinator to join their growing team! This is a small and exciting agency at the cutting edge of the industry with ambitious plans and creativity at the very heart of everything they produce!

As Studio Coordinator, your day to day will involve all aspects of running the studio including providing PA support to the 2 Directors (diary management, travel booking, meeting preparation), as well as all office-related duties including stock, stationary, coordinating internal events, creating a cool office culture, managing payroll, generally keeping the office tidy and running smoothly. You will also assist with all logistics for shoots, pitch preparation, creating presentation decks and liaising with clients. This is a very hands-on, muck-in role requiring a self-starter ready to get stuck in!

To be considered for this role, you should have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment, ideally in a studio/ support role. You should have a passion for Design or entertainment and be a natural creative. You should be positive, willing to learn and get stuck-in and have a fantastic attitude!
