Who will you be working for?
Our client is a highly successful and well recognised company working as an assessment board within higher education
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate exam bookings
- Booking travel arrangements
- Entering exam results
- Chasing examination sheets from examiners
- Scanning, copying and logging documents
- Deal with end of day reports
- Send relevant documentation to examiners
- Maintaining the database
About you?
You will be a graduate or equivalent looking to move into an entry level role where you can gain key administration skills. It would be ideal if you have 6-12 months experience in an administration role. You must have fantastic communication skills and are able to maintain a professional demeanour at all times. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be tenacious.
