Corporate Receptionist - City 

Fantastic opportunity where you will have complete ownership of the role and make it your own.  The client is based in the City and looking for someone to come on board and provide a five star service to clients externally as well as internally.  You will also work very closely with the Facilities Dept.

Your duties will consist of:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and announcing their arrival
  • Providing refreshments for clients
  • Booking and maintaining meeting rooms 
  • Handling all switchboard calls, transferring or taking messages
  • Booking meeting rooms through outlook
  • Arranging AV for meetings
  • Booking couriers and deliveries
  • Booking catering as and when required
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Covering for facilities during absence
  • General admin duties – scanning/copying documents

You will have at least one year previous corporate experience. Excellent communication skills and highly professional at all times.

Friendly and approachable with a can do positive attitude.  Able to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload as well as keeping calm.

A real team player and highly organised. 

Looking for someone who can provide a five star service, someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the face and voice of the company.

Standard working hour - 08.30am - 5.30pm
