Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant- City of London- up to £30,000

Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their international Finance Company based in the City of London, paying up to £30K! The role is a 6-month FTC and requires the Marketing Assistant to support a broad range of marketing activity within the busy Marketing & Business development team. The right candidate needs to have the flexibility to travel to regional offices, as well as assist and attend client events and have some experience in managing projects.

Duties will include:

*Assisting with the reviewing of marketing collateral, highlighting changes and redrafting
*Assisting in fulfilment and response tracking of client enquires
*Ad hoc support of all Marketing activity in the division
*Coordinating company events
*Assisting in the creation and execution of internal and external email marketing campaigns (newsletter, internal communications)
*Keeping up to date on industry developments
*Answering to incoming business enquires
*Helping with production of marketing materials and literature
*Researching and analysing competitor websites
*Ensuring all offices have sufficient up to date marketing materials

The ideal candidate must have some Marketing related experience and preferably a degree in Marketing or Business. A basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite or similar would be useful but not essential, as training will be given. In addition, good numeracy and literacy skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, be organised, have good attention to detail and able to demonstrate high standards of work, with the ability to handle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure. Also, professional, confident, switched on and have excellent interpersonal skills.
