One of our clients, an Executive Search company based in Central London, are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join them on a temp-perm basis. This is an exciting time to join a growing team.


Duties will include, but in no way will be restricted to:

• General Office Management duties
• Constructing billing and managing transactional flow
• Putting together contracts
• Creating invoices and expenses
• Managing the bank account
• Providing people with NDAs

The ideal candidate for this role will have the opportunity to make it their own and can be developed as much as desired. You must have excellent communications and organisational skills as well as being able to use PowerPoint effectively and be able to conduct research and create content for presentations. This is a great role for someone looking to work in a fun, easy going office and is able to work individually and from their own initiative.
