Our Client, A leading Global FinTech company, is seeking a Fluent Spanish or German speaking Customer Relations Officer to help drive the global growth.

Responsibilities:
*Assisting customers with opening new trading accounts
*Handling welcome calls/call-back requests.
*Maintaining contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
*Providing general information regarding platforms and services offered.
*Keeping clients up to date with all current and future products.
*Providing quality and efficient live support to existing and potential clients.
*Maintaining professional internal and external relationships that meet Company's core values.
*Delivering service and support to customers through live chats, emails, phone calls and meetings.
*Coordinating with the marketing departments regarding planning seminars, expos and translations of certain campaigns.
