We are looking for an experienced PA to provide a professional, confidential and effective service to a Chairman, helping him to ensure that his life and businesses run as smoothly and successfully as possible.

The Principal’s primary business interests are as Chairman of a UK based retail casino operator with a number of locations around the country and also an online casino, and as Chairman of a wildlife conservation charity.

Hours:                  Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, however there will be a requirement to be available and provide PA support on occasions in the evenings and at weekends

Location:              London

Salary:                  £45k - £55k

Start Date:            ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Diary management – booking meetings/appointments business and personal.
  • Arranging travel - domestic & international, private and commercial.
  • Banking (personal) – paying invoices, credit cards, online transfers, reconciling statements, petty cash, compiling information for tax returns, liaising with accountant.
  • Banking (business) – for office space - paying utilities & rent, invoicing tenants to recharge costs, reconciling statements.
  • Managing & paying utilities and services for London home.
  • Managing personal vehicles – tax, parking, arranging repairs, service etc.
  • Liaising with domestic staff (London & Kent).
  • Personal IT support – help with setting up new devices, laptops etc.
  • Occasionally assisting family – travel, banking.
  • Ad-hoc administration support for various projects and activities as and when required (eg charity events).
  • Assisting the Office Manager in providing a reception service to the building.

 

 

Candidates must be / have:

  • The incumbent will be an experienced, career focused PA who would have already supported a HNW individual at CEO level with multiple business interests.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • Punctual and Reliable.
  • Understanding of the importance of discretion.
