Responsibilities will include:

• Diary/calendar management
• Coordinating extensive travel arrangements
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Gatekeeping for the team

You will be a confident and clear communicator who is able to juggle multiple priorities and enjoys responsibility. Prior experience as a trading floor assistant would be ideal but not a necessity. You must be able to demonstrate examples of scheduling complex travel and be flexible to look after a wider team of direct reports.  

Paying a salary equivalent upwards of £50k+, hours are 8am – 6pm. Initially a 12 month contract, this client want longevity, and are therefore only seeking candidates who are looking to build a long term future.
