German Speaking EA - superb Private Equity opportunity

Top Private Equity firm, located in stunning West End offices, seeking a German speaking EA to support at Partner level. You will be a highly-organised multi-tasker who enjoys a varied role – fluent German and excellent travel organisation skills are essential.

This is a great opportunity to support senior professionals with all aspect of their day to day, with particular dedication to a new exec.  You will have a fantastic telephone manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to cope under pressure as well as the ability to make the most during the quieter times in the day, when the team are travelling.

Due to the hit the ground running nature of the role, candidates with previous Alternative Investment experience will be preferred but not essential to your application. 

Being the ultimate 'go-to' person for your boss, duties will include but not be limited to:

• Extensive travel planning, including booking multiple flights, across different time zones, and changing plans at the last minute. 
• Providing full itineraries for trips, including thinking ahead and having multiple options in place. 
• Diary management for 1 Partner Level Executive and 2 junior Executives, making decisions and liaising with all decision makers. 
• Processing expenses and completing administration. 
• Working pro-actively, independently and efficiently. 
• Acting as a gate-keeper, answering enquiries, phone calls and emails.
