Part time Receptionist
Working three days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
A financial company based in stunning offices near Liverpool Street Station, are looking for a part-time Corporate Receptionist. This will be working three days a week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Working with a team of two other receptionists, Paying £26,000-£28,000 full time salary plus benefits.
Duties include:
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Booking and maintaining meeting rooms
*Distributing post
*Archiving documents
*Filing and photocopying
*Answering a busy switchboard and transferring calls
*Arranging couriers and taxis
*Typing of correspondence
*Faxing and scanning
*Supporting the PA and Team Secretaries with overflow admin
The right person for this role will need to have experience in all the above duties, as well as strong knowledge of the Microsoft packages and computerised switchboards. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills, and must have a professional and efficient attitude at all times.
