This is a fantastic opportunity for a switched-on individual looking to develop a long-term career within Human Resources!
Working for a highly successful and rapidly growing media company based in the North London area, amongst the varied duties of the HR Administrator will be:
*Supporting with the candidate onboarding process, to include undertaking all new
starter administration
*Undertaking all recruitment administration, from posting job advertisements,
liaising with agencies and setting up interviews, through to the production of offer
letters and induction of new employees
*Updating the HR database (PeopleHR) and running HR metrics reports
*Managing absence and leave records
*Supporting with HR related projects on an ad hoc basis
HR Administrator - requirements:
*Previous experience within HR Administration is essential
*The ideal candidate will be either working towards CIPD qualification or be
interested in doing so (this would be supported)
*Our client is open on industry background
*Knowledge of PeopleHR, or another HR system, is essential
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build an effective rapport at all
levels
*An adaptable and flexible working style
