Talent Acquisition Manager - 6 Month Contract

Major Players are working with a production agency based in Camden who are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager to come in and hit the ground running, supporting them on a 6 month contract.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process including:

• Sourcing candidates
• Putting together shortlists
• Speaking to hiring managers
• Writing job descriptions
• Advertising roles
• Screening candidates and putting together shortlists
• Conducting interviews
• Organising inductions
• Onboarding

Candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and be confident taking ownership of the whole recruitment process. Ideally you will have an understanding of the roles within a production agency and be strong at headhunting/sourcing/advertising for candidates.
