Client Relationship Manager - Building Manager

We are recruiting for a multi-talented individual to take on the role of a Client Relationship Manager of a luxurious Office building based in the West End!

In addition to high levels of self-motivation, multi-tasking and organisation skills, we are looking for commercially-minded and responsible business people who understand how to leverage their centre’s assets and build client relationships to encourage a financially successful and operationally strong business. Very high levels of client retention are expected. 

Your exceptional communication skills, hospitality and ability to work under pressure whilst balancing the interests of your colleagues, clients and the business will set you apart in the industry. 

You will also: 

• • Have the confidence, presence, gravitas and credibility to “hold your own” in negotiation with Clients and senior figures 
• • Have experience working in B2B and B2C 
• • Have a passionate drive to succeed 
• • Have a genuine interest in the continual development of yourself and your team 
• • Be articulate

• • Be able to adapt to different personalities, at differing levels of seniority 
• • Be flexible and able to adapt in an ever-changing environment 
• • Have experience of managing and developing a team 
• • Have a background in the Serviced Office sector, or in hospitality, leisure/fitness or retail
