Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator, Temp, Part-Time, Shrewsbury, Immediate start

Your new company
You will be joining a market leading manufacturer and distributor of food products. You will be required to work 2 days per week.



Your new role

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Delivering first-class customer service
• Sales order processing using Sage Line 1000
• Credit control
• Responding to written and verbal enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Use product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales
• Keeping customers informed and up to date as to the status of their order, offering alternatives to out of stock items
• Supporting with any other duties, as required in the context of the role

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be comfortable with having direct customer contact. You will need to be outgoing, confident and have the ability to engage with customers. You will have experience with Microsoft and Sage. You will have good time management skills and proficiency at multitasking. You will be able to work under pleasure while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Due to the location of this organisation, only candidates with full UK Drivers Licence will be considered.


What you'll get in return
You will be working 2 days per week 8:30am-5pm. Free on site parking. Friendly office environment. Competitive salary between £17,000-£18,000.
