This is a Team Administrator role working within the communications team and your role will effectively be to provide support to a busy, successful team.
Duties will include;
- Organising meetings
- Producing reports and presentations
- Responding to emails
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising travel
- Helping with events - setting up the rooms, organising guest lists etc.
- Ad hoc administration
The ideal candidate will have superb organisational skills, along with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Educated to a minimum of 'A' level standard or equivalent and with relevant office administration experience. Interest in finance!
