PA – Shorthand essential

Private family Office PA - must have excellent Shorthand skills. We are looking for a vibrant and cheerful PA to join a traditional Private Family Office in Kensington. Working for an inspiring boss with various business ventures, we are looking for a loyal and dedicated shorthand PA with a solid work history of both business and personal PA experience ideally within more traditional small office environment. Working with a fantastic and highly professional small team you will be based in lovely airy offices, you will be organising a whole range of personal and business affairs across multiple properties, staff and business interests.  This role has a great work life balance and would suit a PA who is looking to stay in their next role for the long term. Candidates MUST have at least 100 words per minute shorthand. The team are thoughtful, intelligent and delightful, and they are looking for someone to fit in with this. Based in West London, the right PA must have prior experience working in a varied private and business PA role; and it is essential that your CV demonstrates, loyalty, commitment and longevity, ideally within similar small office environments. This role could be either full time or 4 days (with a pro-rated salary), there is flexibility for the right person.
