Property Administrator
Are you an experienced Lettings or housing co-ordinator? Or perhaps you hold administrative experience in dealing with housing or housing related contracts?
Our client is currently looking for someone to join their team as soon as possible on a permanent basis.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a not-for-profit organisation that supports the local community.
This position will be South London located.
What will you be doing?
In this role you will be working within a small and friendly team. You will provide administrative support to maintain high profile properties. This position will also focus on the sales, promotions and commercial targets.
You will also be responsible for:
- Researching sources of potential tenants.
- Developing and implementing a marketing plan to attract high quality tenants.
- Updating and maintaining information on tenants, sales, contact details etc..
- Being a point of contact for site visits, lettings enquiries, interviews, analyses of applications from potential commercial tenants.
- Leading on all liaisons.
- Acting as the primary contact for tenants - building positive relationships internally and externally.
- Arranging and attending tenant meetings.
- Updating internal and external authorities on tenant moves.
- Updating the sales and invoice systems.
- Providing full support to Heads of department.
About you?
You will be an experienced lettings co-ordinator within a similar role and show confidence in dealing with the public.
In additional you will also need:
- Experience of working in a busy sales environment.
- Administrative experience essential (with good user knowledge of Microsoft packages).
- The ability to build rapport with range of different types of personalities.
- Professionalism and consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates concern over client perceptions.
- To be happy working in fast paced demanding environment.
