What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Executive Search Consultant (1:1)

Key duties:

• First point of contact for the team, clients and candidates; scheduling interviews and following up post candidate meetings
• Coordinating travel for consultants and candidates
• Assisting the executive search team on an ad hoc basis
• You will be an EA at the top of your game who is engaged, driven and energetic. You'll be working long hours and at pace so you'll need to work autonomously and problem solve on the spot!

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: You are bright, work at place, show initiative and can work autonomously, problem solving as you go along. You are detail oriented, consistently producing high quality work and comfortable in a fast-paced and erratic environment; you only need to be shown how to do do things once!

Qualifications: You must have four or more years experience working as an Executive Administrative Assistant within a professional services environment. Ideally you have a strong academic record and are highly IT literate.
