A well-established and very successful boutique Executive Search firm are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to support the Partners to manage their growing business.

Covering all angles of operational management, you will be building organisational structure, implementing and maintaining process and procedure and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all finance policies/procedures and working with internal/external stakeholders to maintain an efficient and watertight accounting process
  • Introducing/implementing improvements to increase business efficiency
  • Assisting the Partners to deliver an exceptional client service through support on business proposals, new business offerings and marketing
  • Human resources management- supporting the business by coordinating the appraisal process, absence management, appraisals/reviews and Learning and Development
  • Office Management- overseeing the management of the office

Requirements:

  • Strong financial management experience
  • Proven experience in a senior Operations role within a corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional diplomacy, interpersonal and communication skills
  • An excellent attitude, ambition and the drive the support a growing business
