Legal Administrative Role Description:

We are looking for an Administrator to join us on a twelve month FTC in our Sheffield office, undertaking general administrative and secretarial duties such as file closure and archiving and all other filing requirements for all members of the team, including the storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department’s filing system. You will also be responsible for assisting with document production, preparing and sending spreadsheets for internal and external use, as well as contributing to general ad-hoc administrative and selective tasks.

Tasks:

  • Arrange documents in an efficient and convenient manner for storage and future reference.
  • Use a clear, pleasant and polite telephone voice to receive and redirect calls to the appropriate individual.
  • Organise, arrange and make changes to managers’ meetings with both internal and external contacts.
  • Draft and produce written pieces of communication such as emails, contracts and sales material.
  • Overseeing office management, including supplier & building management, team calendars, and in- and out-coming post.
  • Coordinate meetings between several individuals, and ensure meeting rooms and facilities are in place for an effective meeting to take place.
  • Undertake general administrative support tasks, such as filing and document management.
