Russian speaking House Manager, Moscow

Tiger Private is looking for a Russian speaking House Manager to join a HNW family in Moscow. Separate accommodation will be provided nearby.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As House Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing around 15-20 other household staff and overall, ensuring the smooth running of the property to extremely high standards.

Duties will include but shall not be limited to:

• Training and overseeing the work of all household staff; making sure work is carried out to high standards
• Organising staff rotas/schedules; keeping everyone updated of any last minute changes
• Acting as the main point of contact; resolving any issues
• Paying household bills
• Updating household administration  
• Organising family events and executing seamlessly
• Ordering and purchasing household items
• Updating household inventories
• Overseeing renovations and managing contractors
• Budgeting
• Exquisite table setting
• Travel arrangements and other ad hoc requests

 
WHO YOU ARE

The right candidates will be extremely well-presented, professional and possess excellent communication skills. Candidates must have experience in a similar role working within a private household and be able to provide excellent references.

Only Russian speaking candidates will be considered for this role.

A paid round ticket home each year is offered to relocating candidates
