One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for a Programme Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, planning and executing pop-up activations and other new initiatives. You will be proactive and have a strong organisational approach, wanting to take on a unique and exciting challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing process deliverables to ensure Scaled Spaces projects are planned efficiently
  • Communicating with cross functional colleagues and local vendors to ensure that Scaled Spaces activations remain on track and in budget
  • Managing key event deliverables including catering, branding, decor and equipment
  • Implementing on site activation execution including agency management and partner liaison and troubleshooting
  • Developing a clear and consistent set of documents and protocols that guide the planning process, and communicating these to stakeholders effectively
  • Coordinating with vendors in the market, and supporting the contracting process of vendors with Business Operations and Legal colleagues
  • Managing invitation processes with the utmost accuracy and rigour
  • Coordinating with security teams to ensure compliance
  • Synthesising, tracking and organising data into visual formats
  • Assisting with data input and posting event metrics to help ensure the integrity of reporting and analysis
  • Supporting the development of new initiatives through a superior understanding of existing parameters for delivery

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must be degree educated
  • 5+ years' experience working in an event or program-based environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple activation's at various stages of development
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varying levels in project management or operations role
  • Able to deliver high accuracy and quality while operating autonomously, and frequently through ambiguity
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, synthesise many points of view and conflicting information, provide insights and pivot with new learning's
  • Highly detail-oriented
