Job Title: Graduate PA / Legal Secretary

Location: Oxford

Salary: £25,000

International firm of patent and trademark attorneys are looking for a motivated and ambitious law graduate to join their Oxford office as a legal secretary. This role will be providing full PA and secretarial support to two fee earners as well as some paralegal work. There will be extensive liaison with clients and so exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate, with a keen interest and genuine passion for IP, to start their career in a top firm. If you have already gained some experience as a secretary / administrator, that would be highly beneficial but they are happy to train an enthusiastic graduate with excellent IT and secretarial skills and a positive and proactive attitude.
