A world class international TV production company are looking to recruit an Office Manager.  This forward thinking and dynamic environment need a multitasking plate spinner to provide and manage excellent standards of administrative and customer service support both internally and externally. 

Some key aspects of the role include:

To open the office and ensure it is presentable for the day.

To greet callers and visitors professionally, introducing them to the relevant staff members as appropriate.

To set up meeting rooms for executive lunch meetings and order breakfasts/ lunches as required.

To assist the PR Manager with social media activities such as tweeting about programmes.

Occasional PA responsibilities, including assisting the CEO and CCO.  Booking travel and hotel arrangements.

To arrange social events to include Friday Night Drinks in the office.

The ideal candidate will have experience of reception or administration duties, preferably within the media industry, and an understanding of key office processes and procedures.  If you  have a ‘can do’ approach and able to work outside the box then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.  To avoid missing out APPLY today!
