In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Based on the front of house, you will ensure all visitors are greeted with a smile and feel welcome.
  • Answering all calls with an impeccable telephone manner.
  • You will be responsible for managing the overall guest experience, suggesting and implementing new systems where appropriate and ensuring the Company are delivering the best experience for their guests.
  • You will ensure that the office is firing on all cylinders and functioning optimally. You will seamlessly manage the office maintenance, scheduling regular maintenance and taking a proactive approach to resolve any issues that arise and tracking this in the maintenance log as soon as any works take place.

You will need to be high energy, engaging and professional. We're looking for someone with a can-do, proactive attitude who will take ownership of the office, ensuring that it's functioning just as it should be and the correct processes are being implemented.

Your passion is delivering an excellent guest experience, your verbal and written skills are excellent and you possess confident and genuine people skills. You will have innovative ideas around how to develop the guest experience and an understanding of the wider impact is has on the business.
