Examinations Team Manager

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a highly successful and well recognised company working as an assessment board within higher education.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage 4 administrative staff
  • Responsible for delivering the annual examinations calendar
  • Organising recruitment and standardisation activity
  • Ensure effective and timely delivery of training
  • Contribute to policy and process documents
  • Use feedback to understand training needs
  • Key contact for stakeholders

About you?

  • Experience in managing a team
  • Good understanding of quality assurance practises and processes
  • Good understanding of digital and E-Learning platforms
  • Making presentations and delivering workshops
  • Management of events and meetings
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Teamwork and collaboration
