One of our private hedge fund clients based in the West End is looking for a presentable, proactive, detail orientated and self- motivated Front of House Receptionist / Office Administrative Assistant. The role will involve Secretarial, PA and Office Management duties. They are a small, close- knit office so are looking for someone that is bright, with a great attitude and work ethic that will fit in with the team culture.

• Experience booking meetings, travel and diary management

Hours 7.45/8 am - 6 pm

The duties as follows:

• Secretarial duties: answering phones/door, couriers, post, errands, lunches
• Office management: liaising with service providers, IT support, ensuring the smooth running of the office
• Diary management: booking meetings / sorting out potential clashes
• Team Assistant: organising meetings / trips/ travel for analysts
• Corporate Access : updating investment team on upcoming events & results schedules
• Accounts: helping the accounts team to collecting invoices & filling credit card expenses for accountants

Salary - £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience 

Benefits -medical, pension and death-in-service cover.  Lunch in the office 3 times a week and  a fully equipped on-site gym.

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay
