My client is one of London’s leading insurance brokers, based in stunning offices located in the heart of the City. They are looking to higher an experienced Corporate Receptionist who is very well presented, personable and proactive.
Main duties & responsibilities
Main duties & responsibilities
- To meet and greet visitors on arrival, providing an excellent standard of service at all times
- To manage the very busy switchboard, answering calls and directing them in a timely manner
- To manage meeting rooms, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy
- To organise and manage internal catering for internal meetings and events
- Well presented, professional and confident
- Similar experience within a Corporate Receptionist position
- Experience with organising hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
