This is a newly created role due to continued expansion and will offer you the opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast moving company.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a fast moving consumer goods company that is growing rapidly. They have an excellent team culture and you'll be working alongside some extremely talented people.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for all administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process; advertising, screening and shortlisting candidates. You will be required to conduct telephone interviews and brief candidates on the specifics of job roles. It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail as the role also requires you to maintain Excel databases and involves diary management when coordinating interviews and meeting room bookings. You will be responsible for other ad-hoc duties.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about taking their first step into a career. You will be a great communicator, show initiative, have great customer service skills as well as be organised and diligent. The team you will be working with are very friendly and they're looking for someone who will embrace this! You will be based in the Enfield/Edmonton Borough area.
