An extraordinary and unparalleled cutting edge not-for-profit organisation are searching for a Operations Specialist to support their London office.  They are at the forefront of what they do and they are entering new territory and exciting times over the next couple of years.

First and foremost you will be driven to provide 5 star team assistant support and ensure everything runs smoothly!  Tasks will include managing and arranging meetings, conducting research, looking after visitors, minutes, and some one-to-one assistance to key team members.  You will be an experienced Operations Assistant/ Manager who has done a lot more than just team support, and who has experience of helping manage and shape projects.  We are looking for someone who has experience but is also still looking to grow their own career.  There is scope to get involved at an operational level and really add value to the day to day running of the office environment through working on projects and providing input at decision making meetings.

We are searching for someone with bags of energy, a warm, positive demeanour, first class customer service skills, a proactive nature and natural relationship building skills.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • Open to sector experience – tech / not-for-profit/ charity would be very relevant however we will consider corporate experience too
