Receptionist – Immediate Start - Beautiful office with brilliant benefits! 

Phenomenal opportunity to jump in as a receptionist with a fund management firm based in central London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with Front of House experience looking for progression.

Working within an extremely bright, hard working and friendly team, this role is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of your career and add value from day one. You will have a busy and varied portfolio of duties including: meeting and greeting visitors, excellent customer service skills, dealing with all mail, emails and fielding calls, managing meeting rooms, organising couriers and deliveries, ad hoc administrative duties, and facilities management. Moreover, you will be a PA providing administrative assistance to the Heads of Departments, typing and processing emails along with all office admin, you will be organising meetings and calls along with any extra admin.

You could well be their SUPERSTAR receptionist if you possess the following:

- Articulate and professional

- Dynamic and confident

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Possess a ‘can do’, hands on team-player attitude

- Upbeat, ambitious and highly organised

At least 6 months experience in a corporate Front of House role is a must along with a high level of competence and confidence handling all Microsoft Office packages.
