A leading Property Consultancy is looking for an HR Administrator to join their busy HR team in the West End. They are looking for an HR Administrator to provide administrative and generast support to their HR team. Need someone flexible who enjoys a busy, varied role and is able to turn their hand to lots of different things. The project element will also require good organisation and communication skills, and an ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
Looking for 6 – 18 months HR experience but this still an admin heavy role.
Looking for someone that will ensure delivery of a first-class HR service across the business, supporting with day-to-day recruitment activities and providing the HR team with generalist support for organisational development projects and initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide HR and administrative support for recruitment campaigns (coordinating approvals, assisting managers with JD drafting, advertising roles, booking in and preparing interviews, hiring administration)
- Work alongside HR Manager to develop a group-wide training needs analysis
- Deliver fast and effective HR administration support to the Head of HR, HR Manager and wider business
- Act as main point of contact and champion for our HR system
- Support the HR team and line managers with coordination of recruitment, posting job advertisements, short listing candidates
- Coordinate training and interview sessions
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate and accessible employee records on HR system & trackers
- Process and provide support for starters and leavers
- Provide regular management information to guide business activity
- Support HR team with a range of planned projects including management development, culture and values integration,
The ideal candidate will be degree educated. . Must have experience of supporting fast-paced ecruitment, ideally in a professional services environment. Must have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively and deliver work to deadlines.
