A dynamic global management consulting firm based in Central London is looking for a pro-active and dynamic EA to support a highly successful Partner group (2 - 3 partners). Highly dynamic and fast paced environment with excellent work life/balance.
Hours are 9-6pm
This is a 12 month contract with the view to going permanent
Looking for a detail driven individual with excellent technical skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way. This is an organisational role in an extremely fast-paced environment. Flexibility, enthusiasm and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential.
Previous experience of working in a busy, deadline driven environment is essential and must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a PA/EA within professional services industry.
This role involves extensive relationship building with clients on behalf of partners so you will need to understand what the partners do and understand the importance of all client relationships, must really be able get under the skin of what the partners do on a day to day basis and be confident to pick up phone to clients and get appointments in diaries
Must have previous relevant client facing experience gained in a professional services and extremely fast paced environment.
EA key duties
- Extensive complex diary management
- Arranging client and internal meetings
- Co-ordinating global travel and itineraries - back to back trips including visa requirements
- Managing expense reports
- Drafting and archiving correspondence
- Screening telephone calls and emails
- Organising team dinners and events
- Ad hoc duties as needed
Essential skills:
- Excellent administrative & organisational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage expectations
- Working within a team environment
