Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor, Shrewsbury, Temp to perm, £17,000-£18,000, Immediate start.

Your new role
Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Delivering first-class customer service
• Dealing with enquires through various channels
• Responding to written and verbal enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Be an enthusiastic advocate for the brand, using your product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales
• Tracking customers parcels, escalating cases where required
• Keeping customers informed and up to date as to the status of their order, offering alternatives to out of stock items
• Confidently up and cross-selling where ever possible
• Monitoring and responding to online reviews and service feedback,
• Accurately recording customer data in accordance with legal requirements under the Data Protection Act
• Meeting, greeting and helping customers and visitors in the reception area

What you'll need to succeed
You will be comfortable having direct customer contact, be outgoing and confident. You will have a 'can do' approach. You will need to be IT literate and be able to pick up bespoke systems quickly. You will be a self-starter but will also be able to work well as part of a team. You will be able to work under pressure.



What you'll get in return
You will receive a minimum 12 moth contract, temporary to permanent. You will receive a competitive salary, and a friendly working environment. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:45-5.
