A role to truly make your own within your Office Manager role will include:
- Lead and manage the front of house team, bringing leadership, energy and excitement to the function
- Maintain and manage an excellent relationship with the building management team, ensuring the office complies with Health & Safety obligations
- Budget management
- Support the HR function
- Procurement management
- Undertake any ad hoc project as required
- Provide support to the Operations Manager and team where required
They are looking for someone with proven office management experience and a real entrepreneurial spirit.
