A French speaking Office Manager with perfect fluency in English is sought after to join the small and beautiful private Family Office belonging to a delightful HNWI. Together with the Finance Officer you will ensure a smooth running of the Founders' business and personal matters which include Personal Real Estate, Art, Financial investments and charitable events.

This opportunity offers the ideal work/life balance and will see you take ownership of a wide range of office and personal activities of behalf of the Founder. You will take ownership of running of the office, helping and building a positive working environment where people can thrive. You will be responsible for all office administration and facilities management, preparing documents, dealing with deliveries and working closely with managers. As a French speaking Office Manager you will also have other commitments that include liaising with suppliers and household staff in both English and French, following up with the ongoing projects whilst ensuring the smooth the day to day running of the office and being the first point of contact for various ventures and properties abroad including Italy, the French Riviera, Switzerland and New York.

This role requires a self-motivated, dynamic self-starter individual who can work autonomously within a small office environment whilst also demonstrating excellent team player skills to achieve the end-result in this rewarding role; this is could be your next opportunity!

Profile

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience of working within an office environment and comfortable liaising with HNWI's
  • Excellent office administration and database skills
  • Discreet and reliable when working with sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong attention to details and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent MS office skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mircosoft Outlook
  • Able to work independently as well as within a close team
