Tender & Proposal Coordinator

Tender and Proposal Co-ordinator (ongoing contract) EC2 £25ph

Globally recognised Construction and Engineering Strategy Consultancy seek an experienced Proposal Co-ordinator to join their expanding UK Rail team.

Duties will be to manage the successful delivery of winning bids to deadlines, review and write bids, complete pre-qualification questionnaires (PPQ) and assist with selection and recruitment of the project team as part of the bid process,
which will include partners and sub-consultants.

A varied and challenging role that involves extensive stakeholder management and liaising with suppliers so excellent communication skills and the confidence required to lead meetings and develop winning bid strategies to include swots with win themes and storyboarding.
You will steer and co-ordinate the bid team to write impactful, tailored, technically bid content, produce and proof-read material yourself as well as identify and/or re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.

Experience in rail or construction is hugely advantageous along experience of Agresso, Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, InDesign and graphics skills
