Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing start-up looking for a proactive Sales Team Leader.  The company are  one of the UK's most impressive and fastest growing start-up and doing very well. Based in stylish offices in West London, this role will be joining a an upbeat, dynamic team of 60.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! You will also be required to attend events at the weekend. In return, you will get 2 days off during the week in lieu.

Typical duties include:

• Assist with the growth and on-boarding of the sales team
• Business development
• Liaising with customers on a daily basis
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Attending events
• Ad-hoc administrative duties

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a sales role.

Essential requirements:

• 1 years experience of sales
• Interest in working within a start-up environment
• Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
• Proactive nature
• Good use of initiative
• Efficient problem solver
• High attention to detail

This role will pay up to 28k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
