The ideal candidate is a recent graduate (however this is not essential) with fantastic research skills, looking to kick start their career within recruitment. Along with this you must possess a friendly, confident and personable manner!

Within the role you be responsible for bringing in the highest calibre of candidates in to the agency which will involve proactively resourcing suitable candidates via advert response and Social Media, writing innovative job descriptions, formatting CV’s, attending client meetings with consultants and general administration duties. Along with this you will also be responsible for screening candidates via telephone and face to face interviews, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
