Temporary PA to Function Heads - Global Retailer, Central Location - £40k pro rata

A well respected global retailer with a vast portfolio of brands are currently seeking an experienced, organised and attentive PA to join their friendly offices based in a great central location.

Supporting four senior executives, this is a busy and challenging role where you will be responsible for organising the day to day running of their ever changing diaries and travel schedules, organising video conferences, act as a gatekeeper, attending meetings and acting as the first point of contact for the department. In addition to this you will coordinate events, manage expenses and assist with projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can establish relations with ease, is adaptable, flexible and happy to assist with anything required. You must have extensive experience as a PA coupled with excellent knowledge of MS Office and be able to cope well under pressure as this is a fast paced role.
