This is an exciting and varied Team Assistant role working in the Insurance sector. Based in beautiful, modern offices in central London you’ll be supporting 3 Directors. This is a busy role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and getting involved in lots of aspects of the business.
Duties include but aren’t limited to:
- Complex diary management
- International travel
- Booking meetings, gatekeeping
- Board packs and attending meetings
- Assisting with company events
- Expenses and invoices
- Assisting the operations and exec team with ad hoc requests
Person: This role is suited to someone with previous and relevant Team Assistant experience, ideally within Financial Services. Someone proactive, confident and hard-working.
Paying up to £35,000 depending on experience, great working hours, company culture and benefits.
