Customer Service adviser, Telford, £17,000, Temp to perm, ASAP start

Due to the location of this role, it is vital that you will need to drive

Your new role
You will be working pro activity as a lead generator for the sales team. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls. You will have excellent telephone manner, being required to confidently engage effectively over the phone. You will be able to capture key information about the business requirements with strong attention to detail and input capture data. You will have excellent customer service.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need be able to drive. You will utilise your previous experience from a Telemarketing, Lead Generation and Customer Services environment. You will have excellent telephone manner. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment.


What you'll get in return
This opportunity is Temp to Perm. Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch. Salary will be £17,00 0 basic + a commission structure. Immediate start.
