Our client, a well-known global law firm based in Canary Wharf, is looking for an exceptional PowerPoint Design Specialist to join their friendly expert team on a permanent basis. This is an evening shift position, working Monday to Friday 16.00-00.00.

You will be responsible for the design of PowerPoint material for London and supporting global offices. You will be creating documents from scratch, amending existing documents to improve brand consistency and design, help expand the firm's portfolio of PowerPoint design layouts, providing seamless first level support for all client and team-related issues and support the management of workflow.

The materials you will be predominately responsible for will be pitches, capability statements and on-screen presentations. You will also support global offices in the creation and amendment of client facing PowerPoint Design marketing material.

Responsibilities

  • Making design judgements in relation to layout, choice of colour scheme, visual tools and photography, working within brand guidelines, yet applying and generating creative solutions where needed.
  • Producing bespoke client material to very tight deadlines.
  • Acting as a 'brand ambassador' - ensuring that all work is on-brand; escalate requests to go off-brand to the Visual Identity team.
  • Leading on liaising regularly with clients, checking brand adherence, and expanding the firm's portfolio of PPT design layouts whilst offering excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining an in-depth working knowledge of clients business needs.
  • Applying software knowledge to relevant job/brief for self and all team members.
  • Accepting workflow into the department, ensuring correct forms are fully completed with all relevant information - including uploading onto the document tracking system.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with the team, users and offshore teams.

Person Specification

  • Experience of working within strict corporate branding guidelines, but also have the creative ability to deliver bespoke client material as required.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and current experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be an advantage
  • Exceptional customer service front facing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy and creative ability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in document production/creative environment.
  • Good written English and proofing skills.
