1 -1 Legal PA to Global Head of Corporate

Are you an established Legal Sec/PA, who is looking for the next step in your career with a prestigious US law firm in the heart of the city?

An opportunity has arisen with a top tier US law firm for a Corporate Legal PA to join the firm on a permanent basis. You will be working for the Global Head of Corporate, meaning dealing with confidential firmwide information, extensive diary and travel arrangements and liaising with high profile clientele. There will be some legal documentation from the Partner, not huge amounts, but there will be times where the Partner will specifically want you to deal with the documentation due to the confidentiality and sensitivity of the content.

To be considered, you will be a Senior Level Legal Secretary/PA at a noted US/International law firm. You will be forward thinking and intuitive with the ability to be one step ahead. You will also have strong communication skills, both written and oral, have strong organisational skills including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
