Dynamic and growing asset management firm are looking for an Office Coordinator.

Super-slick, team-focussed and highly successful, based in Piccadilly, they are seeking someone who is reliable, organised and motivated. Sat within a small and close knit team, you will be the go-to person of the office, completing all necessary and facilities administration.

Naturally proactive, your daily duties will change depending on the office needs. Working closely with the receptionist and facilities manager, you will being liaising with vendors, suppliers, managing contractor communication, office budgeting and orders, reception coverage, handling incoming enquiries and produce monthly security and maintenance reports.
