Project Office Assistant – Top International Finance Company - £30-35k – City

A fantastic new opportunity for a Project Assistant to join an international Financial Services company based in the City, near Liverpool Street. The company has a great culture and working environment. Employee retention is really high and there are also brilliant opportunities for progression. 

The role sits within their Project Management Office and is to support the Head of the Project Management Office. The projects you will work on will be really varied as it’s a very small team within a large company, so you have the opportunity to get involved across all areas of the business. Duties will include:

• Stakeholder management across the business
• Prioritising project support to critical timeframes
• Working closely with the Head of PMO and keeping them updated on a regular basis
• Taking the administration lead on assigned projects
• Attending meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations
• Weekly PMO reports
• Formatting and editing packs ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and professional standards
• Ensure Governance is adhered to
• Oversee diary management for projects

Candidate requirements:

• Very high attention to detail
• Sharp attention span
• Extremely organised
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload and conflicting project timescales
• Good team player
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Interest in developing project management skills and experience
