Operations Manager – Sustainable Transport Start-Up - £40-60k – West End

A really exciting, newly created role for an Operations Manager to join a Sustainable Transport Start-Up based in the West End. The brief is for a self-starter with c3-5 years’ experience, and knowledge of London transport, to join this ambitious and disruptive start-up. Brilliant opportunities for progression and scope for the role to grow and develop.   

Duties will include:

• Managing a team of up to 100 riders, drivers and maintenance staff
• Recruitment and creation of a dynamic team  
• Managing all logistics for the company
• Creating and implementing processes
• Ensuring smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis
