Client Services Assistant – PE Firm – Mayfair - £25-30k

Brilliant new role for a boutique private equity firm based in Mayfair. Really close-knit company with a young and dynamic team. They all get on very well and sit in an open plan office. It's a great working environment and they have lots of fun. The culture is both social and hardworking. It's a very positive and down to earth environment. 

The position is for a Client Services Assistant. It will be a varied and interesting role and, due to the client facing nature of it, they are looking for someone polished and confident. 70% Client Services, 30% FOH focussed. Duties will include:
  • Liaising with clients
  • Working directly with application forms, investors and important documents
  • Administrative support to the sales team
  • Using and updating the CRM (Zoho)
  • Scheduling meetings and looking after calendars 
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Greeting clients and FOH duties 
  • Assisting with daily running of the office 
Attention to detail is paramount to the role and there is little room for error. They are looking for someone bright who is hardworking, a team player and on the ball. 

Salary is £25-30k, dependent on experience. Hours are 8:30-5:30.
