Our client is a multi-award-winning business intelligence platform specialising in procurement, sourcing and partnering with the world’s leading brands.
They need an Office Manager/Business Assistant to join their HQ, reporting to the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll be responsible for organizing the smooth running of the office, from welcoming guests to proactively ensuring office facilities are maintained to a high standard.
You’ll get involved with travel and events, employee communications and incentives, culture initiatives, employee engagement and the on-boarding cycle. Excellence in time management, problem solving and creative thinking are a must.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
First contact, switchboard, greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing visitors.
Office layout and space, process courier packages and mail; clean and restock the kitchen and coffee stations; maintain the condition of and repairs to the office. Oversee office equipment contracts, inventory, maintenance and related invoices.
Meeting room bookings, technical set up, documentation, supplies, cleaning up and returning rooms to a pristine state. In short, you will maintain a safe and secure working environment and an effective IT and telecoms function.
Business Support
Timely communication of key information to staff in all locations, assist with HR and Marketing, facilitate with flight bookings and travel logistics.
Organisation of office and companywide events, assisting with fundraising activities and social events and Executive Leadership Team commitments.
Skills and attributes
You are a Co-ordinator, Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or Administration Assistant with technical skills (MS Office and Outlook) and great communication skills.
You can consistently deliver projects to a high standard, within tight deadlines, ideally with experience using illustration tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
You understand stakeholder management, have a proactive approach to work to make decisions and prioritise important tasks independently.
