A global accountancy software provider is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be enabling customer success by providing exceptional on-boarding post sale, to achieve optimal customer outcomes and long-term, high value subscribers for the company. You will be managing relationships with new and existing customers as you become a trusted provider to their business. You will have superb communication skills and be excited to sell the product and services that can help the customer grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilising and deploying an on-boarding programme for new customers
  • Providing ongoing customer success interaction per our structured programme of engagement to achieve shared goals
  • Ensuring up-sell opportunities are successfully achieved
  • Actively seeking and achieving cross-sell opportunities
  • Working with Sales, Training and Support, and Marketing for optimised customer outcomes
  • Ensuring other opportunities for customers to succeed are identified and progressed
  • Working with regional teams to ensure distressed accounts are turned into satisfied customers
  • Seeking opportunities for a network effect of advocacy referrals and case studies, etc.
  • Networking and building relationships with partners for mutual benefit

  • Operate as a positive change communicator
  • Embrace change and implement strategies for progress
  • Ability to learn fast: become an expert across our four products
  • Experience with Saleforce CRM is desirable
  • Self-starter and highly self-motivated
  • Familiarity and comfortable with technology
  • Familiarity with accounting terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good humoured, positive and results-orientated
  • Good attention to detail
  • Competent public speaker
